At Sportrox, we are committed to delivering your custom hoodies as quickly and transparently as possible. Please review our shipping guidelines below to understand how your order is processed and delivered.

1. Order Processing & Cut-off Time

All orders are processed and produced during our standard business hours.

  • Order Cut-off Time: 5:00 PM Mountain Time (MT).
  • Handling Time (Production): 1 – 4 Business Days (Monday to Friday).
  • Business Days: Our operations run from Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and US public holidays.

2. Shipping Time & Delivery Estimates

Total Delivery Time = Handling Time + Transit Time.

Note: For some remote international destinations, delivery may occasionally take up to 20–25 business days due to customs clearance or local carrier delays.

3. Shipping Costs

United States & International Shipping.

We offer simple and transparent shipping rates (All prices in USD):

  • Orders under $100.00: $5.99 Flat Rate.
  • Orders $100.00 and over: FREE Shipping.

These shipping rates apply to both domestic (United States) and international orders.

Note: Shipping costs may vary in rare cases for remote locations or special carrier requirements.

4. Shipping Carriers

We use reliable carriers to ensure your order is delivered safely and on time:

  • US Orders: USPS, DHL US, DHL Parcel
  • International Orders: Australia Post, Canada Post, DHL Express UK, Yun Express, Yanwen

5. Shipment Origin

To ensure efficient delivery, we utilize a distributed network of fulfillment centers. Depending on product availability, our products may be produced and shipped from fulfillment partners located in the United States or other international production facilities. 
Sportrox does not operate a physical retail store and orders are fulfilled through authorized production and fulfillment partners.

6. Order Tracking

Once your hoodie order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and carrier details. You can track your package directly on our tracking page at https://sportrox.com/track-your-order/ 

7. Important Notes

  • P.O. Boxes: We ship to P.O. Boxes within the US primarily via USPS.

  • Taxes & Duties: For international orders, all import duties, taxes, and VAT are the responsibility of the recipient and are not collected at checkout.

  • Delays: Factors such as weather conditions, customs inspections, or peak seasons may occasionally affect delivery times.

    • Domestic (United States): If your order has not arrived within 20 business days after the shipping confirmation date, please contact our support team.

    • International: If your order has not arrived within 25 business days after the shipping confirmation date, please contact our support team.
