Return and Refund Policy

Sportrox, operated by Bloom US LLC, produces apparel on a made to order basis. This policy explains the conditions for order cancellation, returns, exchanges, and refunds.

1. Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellation Window: Orders may be canceled within 12 hours after purchase.
  • Production Stage: After 12 hours, the order may already be in production and can no longer be canceled.
  • Cancellation Request: Please contact us at [email protected] and include your order number.

2. Returns & Exchanges

Sportrox assists in resolving issues arising from manufacturing flaws or fulfillment errors: 

  • Return Acceptance: We accept returns for defective products only. This includes manufacturing issues, printing mistakes, or items that arrive damaged during shipping.
  • Exchanges: Exchanges are available only in cases where the product is defective or an incorrect item was delivered compared to the order confirmation.
  • Return Window: Requests for returns or exchanges must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.
  • Product Condition: Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and in new condition. Please keep the original packaging if possible. 

3. SPECIAL CONSIDERATIONS (MADE-TO-ORDER)

Because each item is produced on-demand specifically for your order, we handle the following cases with specific care:

  • Incorrect Size Selection: Since we provide a detailed Size Guide on every product page, we encourage customers to measure carefully. If you receive your item and find you selected the wrong size, please contact us. While we cannot offer a full refund for buyer’s error, we may, at our discretion, offer a one-time discounted replacement to ensure you get the perfect fit.
  • Change of Mind: Requests for refunds due to change of mind after the 12-hour production window are generally not eligible for a full refund, but we evaluate each case to provide the best possible support.
  • Address Issues: We are not responsible for undelivered packages due to incorrect addresses provided at checkout. Please double-check your shipping details.

4. METHOD & FEES

  • Verification Method: In most cases, clear photo evidence of the defect is sufficient for us to evaluate your request.
  • Return Method:  In certain situations, we may require the item to be returned for further inspection. If a return is required, we will provide a prepaid return label and detailed instructions via email.
  • Restocking Fees: $0.00. Sportrox does not charge any restocking fees for approved returns related to manufacturing defects or fulfillment mistakes.

5. REFUND PROCESS

  • Refund Approval: A refund will be issued once we verify the reported issue through photo evidence or returned items confirming the defect or fulfillment error.
  • Payment Method: Your refund will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout. If this method is no longer valid, please contact us at [email protected] to arrange another option.
  • Processing Timeline: Once approved, we will initiate the refund within 5 business days. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take an additional 7-12 business days for the funds to appear in your account.
